Cindy Schrader |

Cindy began her coaching career in 1983 after retiring from the competitive ranks. She has been involved with the sport for 39 years. She has always taught at the Chester Skating Club since her coaching career began and coaches beginners all the way to the World Class level skaters. She skated in all disciplines of roller figure skating and was a many time regional and national champion. She experienced the thrill of representing the USA at the World Championships 6 times and she won 2 Gold Medals, 1 Silver and 1 Bronze medal at these Championships. She received many other medals in international competitions such as the Pan Am and World Games. Cindy loves teaching beginners just as much as the higher levels of skating. |

Cathy Grubbs |
| Cathy began her teaching career
in Redwood City, California in 1993 and teaches beginner through World
Class level skaters.
During her competitive skating career, Cathy not only had many regional and national placements, she also medalled at the World Championships in Pairs skating from 1980 thru 1984. In 1999, Cathy moved to Virginia and began teaching at Skateland in Chester, Virginia.

Andy Grubbs |
| Andy has been in this sport for
29 years, starting as a competitor and continuing as an
instructor. As a competitor, he skated all disciplines of the
sport (speed, artistic and hockey). His background consists of
many regional and national titles and in 1986, he was a member of the
USA World Team in World Class Dance.
Andy began his teaching career in San Jose, California in 1994. In 1995, he moved to Redwood City, California and taught there for 4 years. In 1999, Andy moved to Virginia and began teaching at Skateland in Chester, Virginia.

Debbie Wright |
| As the "veteran" of the staff,
Debbie began her teaching career in 1974 at Golden Skateworld in
Richmond, Virginia. She taught there until it closed in 1999.
Debbie currently teaches regional and national level competitive skaters. She also has many years of experience teaching group classes for 4-H, college, recreation groups, Scouts, Special Olympics, children, teens and adults. She is presently teaching part-time in Chester and at Skateland in Ashland, Virginia.
